Abbas
Malek:
Born in Kuwait on 1947, graduated from Kuwait Institute of Teaching
in 1971.
Worked as a teacher of art in a governmental high school.
Worked as a teacher of pottery in Kuwait University, college of
engineering-department of architecture.
Work Experience:
30 years of experience in the field of teaching, pottery, sculpture,
building Raku kilns in different sizes, making glazes, slips, and
molds.
1- Member of the Kuwait Society of Fine Arts.
2- Supervised on a course of ceramic formation in the Association of
crafts.
3- Supervised on a children's pottery course in the National Council
for Culture, Art, and Literature.
4- Supervised on many pottery courses in the Kuwait Society of Fine
Arts.

1- Participated in all domestic exhibitions held in Kuwait.
2- Participated in the Third Annual Exhibition of Fine Arts for the
GCC Artists in 1994.
